1. Digital Services – No Guaranteed Results

Due to the nature of digital marketing services (including but not limited to advertising, branding, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and consulting), results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• A written refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase

• No work has been started, no strategy delivered, and no resources allocated

• The service has not been partially or fully delivered

If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Services that have already started or been delivered

• One-time setup fees

• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

• Custom work, campaigns, or strategy development

• Monthly or retainer-based services once the billing cycle has started

4. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
